To the memory of its
Soldiers and Sailors in the
War of the Rebellion
This building is erected by
Cattaraugus County.
Inscription. Bldg. dedicated Sept. 7, 1914 to honor the nearly 3,500 Cattaraugus County citizens who served in the Army and Navy during the Civil War.
