Dedicated to the memory of Frank A. Moore 1905-1978. A member of Washngton County Board of Supervisors for 32 years he served on the Highway Committee for 24 years, 11 of those as chairman.

His great interest and efforts were directed toward the improvement of hiqhways throughout Washington County. He recognized that highways were the blood lines of the county and its well being relied on good roads. To this end he dedicated most of his adult life.
