This regiment arrived on the field at 1.20 p.m., April 7, 1862, advanced to the front near Shiloh Church between 3 and 4 p.m. too late to be engaged.
 
Location. 35° 9.055′ N, 88° 19.573′ W. Marker is near Shiloh, Tennessee, in Hardin County. Marker is on Pittsburg Landing Road, on the right when traveling west. Touch for map. Located west of the visitor center, along Grant's Last Line, in Shiloh National Military Park. Marker is in this post office area: Shiloh TN 38376, United States of America.
