Si Teodora Alonzo, ina in Rizal, ay namatay noong ika-16 ng Agosto ng 1911 sa isang bahay na nakatayo sa pook na ito (ngayo'y blg, 476-478) at ari ni Gng. Luisa Lichauco.

Translated, the marker reads:
Teodora Alonzo, mother of Rizal died in August 16, 1911 in a house that stands here, which is now building 476-478, owned by Mrs. Luisa Lichauco.
