Inscription.
Clinton's Drugstore was the site of young Harry Truman's first job in about 1898. Jim Clinton paid Truman three dollars per week.
 
Erected by City of Independence and in Memory of Frank and Pauline Siegfried Fowler. (Marker Number 3.)
 
Location. 39° 5.57′ N, 94° 24.949′ W. Marker is in Independence, Missouri, in Jackson County.
