Veatch's (2d) Brig., Hurlbut's (4th) Div.,
Army of the Tennessee.

This regiment reformed here at 11:30 A.M. April 6, 1862 and advanced, fighting, 200 yards. At 1 P.M. it retired to camp.
 
Erected by Shiloh National Military Park Commission. (Marker Number 152.)
 
Location. 35° 8.782′ N, 88° 20.872′ W. Marker is near Shiloh, Tennessee, in Hardin County. Marker is at the intersection of Sherman Road and Cavalry Road, on the right when traveling south on Sherman Road. Touch for map. In southwest corner of Jones Field, in Shiloh National Military Park.
