Inscription. A palladian-style summer home built for Dr. & Mrs. Howard A. Kelly. Now a multi-use historical cultural and educational center for Harford County.

 
Location. 39° 32.31′ N, 76° 21.191′ W. Marker is in Bel Air, Maryland, in Harford County. Marker is at the intersection of N. Main Street and Gordon Street, on the right when traveling north on N.
