Location. 42° 55.973′ N, 77° 44.247′ W. Marker is near Avon, New York, in Livingston County. Marker is on Rochester Street (New York State Route 39) 1.5 miles north of Main Street (U.S. 20), on the left when traveling north. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Avon NY 14414, United States of America.

The mill was located on the other side of the road on the banks of the stream which flows under SR 39 to the Genesee River.
