1. Caring for Soldiers Marker
Inscription. This brick hospital, built in 1904, was the third hospital to be built for Camp Reynolds. The Army located hospitals treating ill and injured soldiers away from buildings housing healthy troops to prevent the spread of disease and fear.
 
Location. 37° 51.666′ N, 122° 26.417′ W. Marker is near Tiburon, California, in Marin County. Marker is on Perimeter Road, on the right when traveling south. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Belvedere Tiburon CA 94920, United States of America.
