Inscription. Established ca. 1757 as German Reformed. Known early as Leonard's Church. Fourth Building to occupy site stands 3/8 mi. NW.
 
Erected 1978 by Division of Archives and History. (Marker Number K 49.)
 
Location. 35° 51.132′ N, 80° 12.552′ W. Marker is in Lexington, North Carolina, in Davidson County. Marker is at the intersection of Greensboro Street Extension and Ridge Road, on the right when traveling west on Greensboro Street Extension. Touch for map.
