1. Sullivan Expedition Against the Iroquois Indians, 1779 Marker
Inscription. Fourteen miles from Tunkhannock, Fourth Encampment of Sullivan's Army, on the march from Wyoming to Teaoga August 4-5, 1779, lay on this lowland known as blade Walnut Flats.
 
Erected 1929 by Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission.
