Historic salmon harvesting area of First Nations People and Loyalists. In the first half of the 20th century, the pool became internationally renowned as a sport fisherman's paradise.

Location. 46° 17.936′ N, 67° 31.729′ W. Marker is in Hartland, New Brunswick, in Carleton County. Marker is at the intersection of Main Street (Route 105) and Maple Street, on the right when traveling south on Main Street.
