The Sheridan Square Garden
Created and maintained by the Sheridan Square Triangle Association, Inc., a nonprofit neighborhood group.
This square was named in 1896 for Civil War General Philip Sheridan. The garden was founded in 1982 in cooperation with the Department of Transportation.
