1. George Nichols Home Marker
Inscription. This typical Wisconsin farmhouse became the retirement home in 1880 of early civic leader George Nichols. Five unusual round windows upstairs and a hilltop location provided a grand view of the area. Nichols School and Road, built on parcels of his original farm, are named in George Nichols' honor.
