More about this marker. The small cemetery is bounded on two sides by a wall/ fence enclosure which includes a gate, and by the exterior walls of the mall building on two sides. Excavators came in July 1986 to tear down the Campbell Mansion in order to build the Rotterdam Square Mall. The cemetery was left in place, and the contract with the mall states that the cemetery must be maintained.
