Additional commentary.
1. Cousins
Charles "Frankie" Brandenburg and my brother John F Plunkard were cousins and killed in chronological order in our county in Vietnam. The next person killed was Bill Zimmerman where Johnny and Bill both attended the same church (Frederick Presbyterian) just a half a block away from the memorial. I worked with Gary Cosgraves father. Just a few facts not many people are aware of.
