Regarding William H. G. France & Anne Bledsoe France. William “Bill” France (September 26, 1909-June 7, 1992), was best known for co-founding and managing NASCAR, a sanctioning body of US based stock car racing.
Anne Bledsoe France served as Secretary and Treasurer of NASCAR and Daytona International Speedway. She remained active in family and business until her passing in 1992.
