At 2 o'clock a.m. of September 20th this Brigade was brought from the ground of its engagement at Viniard's and joined its Division in bivouac on the slope west of this position. At 9 o'clock it was sent forward with Wood's Division and formed on the right of Brannan's Division near Poe's, from which point it was soon after dispatched to the left of Baird's line north of the Kelly field.

34° 55.034′ N, 85° 16.427′ W. Marker is near Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, in Walker County. Marker is on Chickamauga-Vittatoe Road south of Dyer Road, on the left when traveling south. This tablet is located several feet off of the east side of the roadway in a grassy open area. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Fort Oglethorpe GA 30742, United States of America. I purchased at the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park, Visitor Center, to determine both the marker number for this tablet and the tablet's location in relation to the rest of the park's monuments, markers, and tablets. According to the map it provides the, "numerical listing of all monuments, markers, and tablets on the Chickamauga Battlefield (using the Chick-Chatt NMP Monument Numbering System).”
