Regarding Juan Rafael Mora Porras. Juan Rafael Mora Porras was President of Costa Rica for four consecutive terms, during which he is most remembered for leading Central America against the Filibuster invasion of William Walker in the Campaign of 1856-1857. The Campaign ended with Walker's defeat and eventual execution in Honduras.
