of the incident are unclear, they were shot and killed by snipers that fired on them from a nearby building. Three other people were also shot and killed as they passed by the event on the ground: Víctor Rodríguez, a Volkswagen employee; Carlos Vélez Huerta, a propane gas deliveryman; and a young, unnamed construction worker.
