Battle of Beller was one of many battles of the Dominican War of Independence from Haiti. It took place on October 27, 1845, in the area of the flatlands known as Beller on the outskirts of the town of Dajabσn, where the Haitians had built a fort called "The Invincible." The fort was taken by Dominican troops commanded by Francisco Antonio Salcedo.
