Inscription.

In tribute to the men, women and children
who lost their lives in the worst terrorist
attack on American soil. We honor all the
fire, police, search & rescue dogs,
rescue personnel, and all others who
selflessly gave their lives and those
who risked their lives. We remember this
day as a day of solidarity,
not a day of terror.
