Regarding House of the Mayorazgo de Guerrero. The houses (the other is just to the left further west on Moneda) were originally built in the 16th century by Juan Guerrero de Luna and his wife Beatriz Gómez Dávila when his family received a land grant from the Spanish King Felipe II. They were remodeled in the 17th century.
