1. Elisabeth Hitchens Administration Building Marker
Inscription. In 1978, the Administration Building opened. This building was dedicated in 1982 as the Elisabeth Hitchens Administration building to honor a 40-year employee of the College. Hitchins was the institution's first registrar (1934) and the first Director of Admissions (1957).
 
Erected by Student Government Association, Frostburg State University.
