“Esta es la casa de Dios y la puerta del cielo”
Gen. 28-17

En este lugar se edifico la primera iglesia aρo 1805 reedificada en 1882 y vuelta a edificar en el aρo 1952 a 1958 por el Sr. Cura Parroco Canonigo Ruben Baltodano y Alfaro.
Eterna gratitud a todos sus benefactores.

Recuerdo de la Santa Mision Pontificia en la Parroquia de Jinotega del 24 de febrero al 6 de marzo del aρo 1960. Oiras misa los domingos y fiestas de guardar.
Un tierno amor a Maria Santisima.

English translation:

In this place the first church was built in 1805, rebuilt in 1882 and rebuilt again from 1952 to 1958 by the Parish Priest Rubιn Baltodano y Alfaro.

Remembrance of the Holy Pontifical Mission in the Parish of Jinotega from February 24 to March 6, 1960. Attend mass on Sundays and the Holy Days.
