El pueblo católico de Concepción de Ataco, agradece a Dios todopoderoso. Al mismo tiempo otorga el presente reconocimiento a:
La Provincia Franciscana de la Inmaculada Concepción de Nueva York, en especial a su Provincial Fr. Roberto M. Campagna OFM. y a su Parroco Fr. Rafael A. Fernandez OFM.
Por la valiosa colaboración en la reconstrucción de nuestro templo parroquial: “Inmaculada Concepcion de Maria”. El cual fue destruido por el terremoto del 13 de enero del 2001.

English translation:
The Catholic people of Concepción de Ataco thank God almighty and at the same time grant the present recognition to:
The Franciscan Province of the Immaculate Conception of New York, especially to its Provincial Friar Roberto M. Campagna OFM and the parish priest Rafael A. Fernandez OFM.
This recognition is for their valuable collaboration in the reconstruction of our parish temple of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, which was destroyed by the earthquake of January 13, 2001.
