Con Darling, Ambassador of Smiles,
dedicated his life to the
betterment of humanity.

This memorial pays tribute to
his love of community
both young and old.

May his memory and spirit of
giving life in us all.

This commemoration was
coordinated by the
Brockville Lions Club and the
Brockville Police Association.

Dedicated this 17th day of June 1993
