1. Symphytum officinale Marker

Inscription. Used for thousands of years to treat bruises and sprains, the plant contains compounds, such as allantoin, that promote healing and other substances that are anti-inflammatory. There is controversy concerning its safety, especially for internal use, due to the presence of a substance toxic to the liver.
