El dia 23 de Abril de 1915 fue fusilado Catarino Arriola Rochin Superintendente de Trenes de la Division Centro, en la barda poniente de los talleres del ferrocarril de esta ciudad, por ordenes del General Franciso Villa, disgustado por el incumplimiento de sus disposiciones en el movimiento de sus trenes militares.
En memoria de un hecho histórico.

English translation:
On April 23, 1915 Catarino Arriola Rochín, Superintendent of Trains of the Central Division, was shot just west of the railroad workshops of this city, on the orders of General Franciso Villa, who was displeased by the lack of movement of his military trains.
