1. Ferguson Town Branch Ferry and Dock Marker
Inscription. Rubin Ferguson lived here and operated a ferry and boat dock during the late 1800’s. Barrels of meal, flour, corn, coffee, cotton, tools and building materials arrived here from various ports down river. Some of the boats were “The Andy Hatcher,” “The Favorite,” and “The Cricket.” Former site of Rainbow Arched Bridge.

It is at the intersection of South Front Avenue (County Route 3384) and West Graham Street, on the right when traveling south on South Front Avenue.
