The Freddy and Diana Prince Labyrinth
Be mindful. Be moving. Be well.
Photographed By Devry Becker Jones (CC0), March 13, 2020
The labyrinth is not a maze, but a meditation device designed to encourage people to take a break from the tensions of everyday life. Walking the turns and bends to the center and back again is a meditative practice that centers the body and quiets the mind.
We encourage everyone in our community - patients, caregivers, medical professionals, students and the general public to walk towards improved wellness while here at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
Erected by MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
