1. Struppi Hanneford Marker

Inscription. In a 50-year circus career, she has appeared on the wire, presented a leopard act, presented tigers and lions, made two Ed Sullivan appearances and produced performances of the Royal Hanneford Circus. But, it was her marvelous solo trapeze act as Princess Tajana that sets her apart as one of the half century’s greatest circus performers. In the act, she entered in a hugh feather headdress and then presented one of the most graceful and beautiful trapeze routines the circus world has seen.
