Those plaques are in memory of all Holy Trinity parishioners entombed at Holy Rood Cemetery, where more than 7,000 remains were buried between 1832 and the mid-20th century.
We also remember those parishioners who since 2019 are now interred in the Holy Trinity Columbarium.
