Inscription. David C. Kennedy was among the first residents of this Queen Anne home, built in 1905. Kennedy was the manager at hardware company Baldwin and Brown before becoming President of hardware company Kennedy Brothers and Kelham Inc. The business was located at 8 East Broad Street. Kennedy lived here from 1905-1912. Later occupants included clerk J.D. Redwood. The home is known for the projecting hexagonal tower on the left portion of the facade.
