Jessie Belle Rittenhouse was related to the MacArthur’s through her mother. Most of the MacArthurs of the Tuscarora hamlet, are buried in the nearby Mt. Morris Cemetery. Tuscarora is a small hamlet in the town of Mt. Morris, Livingston County, NY.
