sectionhead>More about this marker. Marker is tucked under a line of trees near the road junction. This marker designates the 1854 trail split from the original 1852 route. This 1854 section of the trail was an easier route than the 1852 route and more or less follows the paved Red Rock Road west for a couple of miles to marker Y-4.
