in honor of three individuals:
Lloyd "Rags" Ragland for his contribution as a player, coach, and lifetime supporter of baseball in Hannibal, Missouri.
Carl Richard "Hustling Hank" Conley for his contribution as a player, umpire, and district commissioner for the State of Missouri Softball Association.
Andrew Duncan Harding for his lifetime contributions as an umpire, and for forming the first Hannibal Little League Baseball team along with Lloyd Ragland in 1950.
