Inscription.

The naming of this bandshell was
dedicated on the 25th day of April 2008
by Mayor Gabriel J. Campana, Ed.D. as a
lasting tribute to Dr. Kenneth L. Cooper.

Dr. Cooper, a local physician, has served
with distinction as a member of the
Williamsport Brandon Park Commission since 1972
and has been actively involved in all aspects
of the care, maintenance, and improvements at
Brandon Park.
