1. Hammond Henry Hospital Memorial
Inscription. This statue honors the dedicated medical staff who served the citizens of Geneseq at Hammond Henry Hospital since the earliest days of the 1900's. Included in this group are Dr. Arthur Parsons who with three other physicians envisioned and helped create the hospital. His grandson Dr. James Parsons embraced the vision, delivered over 2000 babies and founded the family medical clinic, all while associated with the hospital which his grandfather helped create. Together, Dr. Arthur and Dr. Jim served the citizens of Geneseo for over 72 years.
