Former Kendall Automotive Company Office. National Register of Historic Places. Constructed in 1923. This building is one of many in Pasadena connected with prominent owner, B.O. Kendall, and served as the office of Kendall Automotive Company. In 1980 Alyce A. Doney acquired the property and built a successful women's consignment shop, Silent Partners, over the next 24 years. During this time, Mrs. Doney made significant improvements to the site's infrastructure while continuing to preserve the 1920's aura of the building.
This plaque recognizes the efforts and foresight of Alyce Doney to preserve this wonderful piece of Pasadena history.
