Patrolman Jerman had 24 years of public service at the time of
his death he leaves behind a family and many close friends.
Patrolman Jerman's legacy lives on through the brave men
and women that continue to wear the uniform and serve in law
enforcement each and every day. The citizens of Kane established
this memorial in Patrolman Jerman's memory as a lasting tribute.
