1. 205 North 23rd Street Marker
Inscription. First occupied by James White, a clerk at 1540 East Main Street, this is a typical Queen Anne row house with a projecting octagonal bay with a turret roof. It was built in 1891 and following 1895, it was the home of Moses H. Carter, a mailman, who lived here until 1898, when he moved next door. L.H. Andrews, a printer, later resided here.
