Ferran Park is the first public park constructed in the city. The park began with the purchase of land between Clifford Avenue and Orange Avenue in 1913 and the construction of a bulkhead (a concrete retaining wall) 250 feet out into Lake Eustis, extending approximately 950 feet along the shoreline. Once the bulkhead was completed, the area was filled with sand from the bottom of Lake Eustis to create the park that is present today.

National Register of Historic Places (#94000625); also a contributing property in the Eustis Commercial Historic District (#05000654).
