1. Holt In Charlottesville: Work and Success Marker
Inscription. By 1900 the young Charles B. Holt had left his father's farm and moved to Charlottesville. Holt's skills and determination as a carpenter, builder, and entrepreneur helped him save enough money to buy land and build his home.
