1. This Gate is made of four United States Army Cannons Marker
Inscription. This Gate is made of four United States Army Cannons. The insignia over the gate is of the United States Army Ordnance Department. The fence is made of deactivated riffle barrels. The fence was moved here 1n 1886. It originally surrounded the old Keeper's House built in 1878 now demolished. Second sign These Gates are from the old arsenal at 2nd & Arsenal St. Gift of the Aeronautical Chart & Info. Center.
