During the summer of 1997 Jim was requested by the Veteran's Pavilion Building Committee to participate in the installation of the pavilion structure on this site, he agreed to assist.
Due to his contribution of untold hours, business expertise, contacts, influence and leadership talents, this endeavor was complete in time for the start of the 1997 Fulton County Fair.

to Jim Gype, without his volunteering of efforts, this project would
have resulted in taking a longer amount of time to achieve
completion of installation in a timely manner.
