Inscription. This lot was undeveloped until Richmond L. Groves erected this building, which was used in the 1940s for Travis Auto & Home Supply. In the 1960s, Prelude Photographic & Framing Center and Winchester Arts Center were here, followed by Ryland Williams Insurance and Corner Antiques. In 1979, the Knies family expanded into this third building in a row with their gift shop, which operated until 2000.
