En el año 2010 el Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (CONACULTA), a través del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes (INBA), de la Dirección General de Sitios y Monumentos del Patrimonio Cultural y de la Dirección General de Vinculación Cultural realizó obras de restauración y rehabilitación esceno-técnicas para 14 teatros centenarios, que fueron construidos a principios del siglo XX para conmemorar los cien años de inicio de la Independecia
Centennial Theatre
In 2010 the National Council for Culture and the Arts (CONACULTA), through the National Institute of Fine Arts (INBA), the Directorate General of Cultural Heritage Sites and Monuments and the Directorate General for Cultural Linkage carried out works of restoration and technical rehabilitation on 14 centennial theatres, which were built in the early twentieth century to commemorate the hundred years since the beginning of Independence.
