Insigne Insurgente Queretano, integrante del grupo de conspiradores que fraguaron la independencia de México. Denunciada la conjura y descubiertos sus integrantes, fue cateada su casa, donde encontraron armas y documentos incriminatorios, fue sentenciado y condenado al destierro en las Islas Filipinas, donde estuvo casi tres décadas. Pueblo y gobierno rinden homenaje a este gran héroe, quien manifestara:
“Estoy dispuesto a sacrificarlo todo en bien de mi patria”.

A notable member of the original independence planners of Querétaro, he was a member of the group of conspirators who forged the independence of Mexico. When the plot was reported and its members discovered, his house was searched, where weapons and incriminating documents were found. He was sentenced and condemned to exile in the Philippines, where he spent nearly three decades. The people and government pay tribute to this great hero, who went on to say:
"I am willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of my country."
