1. Wadeson Cabin Historic Site Marker
Inscription. This oak log home built in 1878 by Carl Jensen and his nephew John Bjerkie was used as a community center by the single men of the time. A short distance to the north was the Walker flour mill, one of the earliest on the Sheyenne river.
This site was donated by Jewell D. and Oscar J. Wadeson.
 
Erected 1957 by State Historical Society of North Dakota.
